1. Who we are

This website is the informational website of Pharmacare Sidakarya, a licensed brick-and-mortar pharmacy operated by PT Apotek Inovatif Maju at Jl. Sidakarya No.92, Sidakarya, Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar, Bali 80224 (Izin Apotek No. 25032400306790002, issued by DPMPTSP Kota Denpasar). The pharmacy's responsible pharmacist is apt. Ayu Pradnya Paramita, S.Farm (STR YZ00001647709423, SIPA 570/SIPA/0025/III/DPMPTSP/2025).

This website is informational only. It does not provide telemedicine, an online medication catalogue, online checkout, or the online sale of prescription medication. Medicines are dispensed at the licensed pharmacy only, and only after a valid prescription has been received and verified.

We handle personal data in accordance with Indonesian law, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) and applicable health-records and pharmacy regulations.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details you provide when you contact the pharmacy: name, WhatsApp number, email address.
• Prescription and health information needed to dispense your medication lawfully: your prescription, the prescribing doctor's details, and the medicine dispensed.
• Identity information where Indonesian regulations require verification before prescription medication is dispensed, used solely to dispense to the correct patient and to keep accurate records.
• Pickup or delivery details, where local delivery within our service area is requested.
• Website usage data: basic, non-identifying analytics such as pages viewed, used only to improve this website.

3. How we use your information

• To receive and verify prescriptions and dispense medication lawfully at the pharmacy.
• To arrange local pickup or delivery of your medication.
• To communicate with you about your enquiry and answer your questions.
• To meet our legal, pharmacy-regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
• To improve this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health information for advertising.

4. Health information

Health and prescription data is treated as sensitive personal data. It is handled only by the licensed pharmacy staff directly involved in verifying your prescription and dispensing your medication, and, for local delivery, a courier who receives only the information needed to deliver a sealed package (never its medical contents).

5. Sharing & disclosure

We share information only as needed, with:

• Our pharmacy team: the responsible pharmacist who verifies the prescription and dispenses your medication.
• Local delivery providers where local delivery is requested (sealed package, delivery details only).
• Authorities where disclosure is required by Indonesian law or a valid legal process.

Where your prescription is issued by a licensed telehealth provider, we receive it from your prescriber for the sole purpose of lawful fulfillment. We never share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Cookies & analytics

This website is designed to work with essential cookies only. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics cookies are introduced, they will be used only with your consent and this policy will be updated first.

7. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls limiting data to the people involved in dispensing your medication, and secure storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we protect your data proportionately to its sensitivity.

8. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed. Prescription and dispensing records are retained for the periods required by Indonesian medical-records and pharmacy regulations; identity information used for dispensing verification is retained only as required for that purpose; enquiry messages that do not lead to dispensing are deleted within a reasonable period. When retention is no longer required, data is deleted or anonymised.

9. Your rights

Subject to legal record-keeping requirements, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your data where retention is not legally required.
• Object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Complain: to us first, and to the competent Indonesian data-protection authority if you are not satisfied.

10. Children

Prescription medication is dispensed in line with Indonesian law; care involving a minor requires the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from minors through this website.

11. Not for emergencies

PharmaCare does not handle medical emergencies. In an urgent situation, contact local emergency services or dial 118 immediately.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the pharmacy's services or the law evolve. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
